The “Booster compressor station-2 at Shurtan field” is used for compression of the gas with the decreasing input pressure from 2.0 to 0.5 MPa which is compressed until 3.0-3.6 MPa to provide the efficient operation of the existing BCS-1 Shurtan. The capacity of the gas compression at the BCS-2 is expected in the volume from 25.8 mill.m3/day for the year 2015 and decreasing upto 6.1 mill.m3/day for the year 2030. The gas to the inlet of the BCS-2 is supplied from the outlet of the Gas pre-treatement unit of PGPT-1, 2 Shurtan and from other fields of Shurtan group of fields.
Development of the basic design and detailed design documentation and the designer supervision.
Stage - 1. Development of main technical solutions for all disciplines, process calculations, development of the principal - process flow diagrams (PFD and P&ID), data sheets, specifications and list of equipment
Stage - 2. Development of the detailed design documentation in full set and scope which is required for the realization of the construction of the facility.
Stage - 3. Provision of designer construction supervision.
